Valencia College will be closed for Winter Break from Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. The college will reopen and all services will resume on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available for Campus Store Spring 2025 full term purchases: December 2, 2024.

Last Day to use Financial Aid for Campus Store Spring 2025 full term purchases: March 25, 2025.

IMPORTANT Notice: Financial Aid funds can be used to purchase only one electronic device (such as a computer, laptop, or tablet) per student, per academic year. If you have already used financial aid to buy a device this academic year, you cannot use additional aid for another device until the next academic year starts.

Using Federal Financial Aid to pay for Campus Store purchases?
Students who would like to use Federal aid/grants (Pell, Title II, etc.) must submit authorization via Atlas before making their purchase.

    To access the authorization portal:
  • Log in to Atlas.
  • Click on the "Students" tab.
  • Click on "Financial Aid", found under "Student Resources".
  • Click on "Federal Student Aid Payment Authorization".

Once submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be updated.
